GROWTH & COMMUNITY MANAGER

PADL is the next-generation pickleball platform — built to help facilities run smarter, clubs grow faster and communities connect. We're backed by a team that's already built the Philippines' own super app (Beelivery), and now we're bringing that same energy to the fastest-growing sport in the world.

We're looking for someone who can walk into a pickleball facility, start a conversation, and walk out with a signed partnership.

What you'll do

• Sign up pickleball clubs and facilities across Mindanao and Visayas onto the PADL platform.
• Build relationships with facility owners, club organizers and tournament directors — be their go-to person at PADL.
• Manage a pipeline of leads — from first conversation to onboarding to long-term partnership.
• Understand what each facility needs and show them how PADL solves it — open play management, tournament tools, player community and more.
• Attend local events, tournaments and open play sessions to build presence and generate leads.
• Track your numbers — facilities signed, clubs onboarded, meetings booked — and own your targets.
• Work directly with the founding team to shape the go-to-market strategy across new cities.

Who you are

You're a closer. You're comfortable walking into a room where nobody knows you and leaving with a handshake. You know how to listen to a business owner's pain points and connect them to a solution. You're organized enough to manage a pipeline across multiple cities but scrappy enough to figure things out without a playbook. You don't wait for instructions — you see an opportunity and move.

Bonus: you play pickleball. Or you're at least curious enough to try.
